Dan Dower (BA hons jewellery design, FGA, DGA) is an exceptional craftsman and qualified gemmologist with over 30 years’ experience creating beautiful jewellery designs.
Established in 1990, Dower & Hall have built a reputation for exceptional bespoke jewellery design alongside a team of the best homegrown talent in our London workshop. This ensures that every design receives the most outstanding attention and care, from conception through to completion.

18K GOLD COASTLINE RINGS
With three interconnecting rings making up the stack, this vibrant 18k yellow gold set celebrates a second wedding and a move to the Dorset coast.
Using an array of precious gemstones including Sapphires, Diamonds, Emeralds and Aquamarines. Each ring represents a natural part of the iconic Dorset coastline - a golden pebble beach, rolling green hills and the azure sea and blue sky.

18K GOLD FIRE CASCADE RING
The proud owner of this bespoke piece is a geologist and mineralogist by training and is now responsible for the conservation of some of Scotland’s most important buildings. As she is rising to the top, Clare was seeking an important piece of jewellery to act partly as armour in a male-dominated industry.
Together, Dan and Clare created a real talisman to give her confidence and reward for all her hard work in achieving this success in her career.
Clare's ring took 8 months to complete while the design was refined and the right combination of fiery gemstones were collected.
The stones include rubies, padparadscha, sapphires in a range of yellows and oranges, imperial topaz and diamond in canary, cinnamon and cognac colours.

PLATINUM ''TEAL GREEN' DOTTY WAVE RING
Our customer had been gazing in the window of our Glasgow store for many years at all of the ombré coloured rings - just waiting for the right moment and colour inspiration to come. Finally, to celebrate her retirement, she took the plunge and commissioned a teal green treasure in our signature Dotty Wave style.
We presented an array of precious gemstones for our customer to view and she thoroughly enjoyed the selection process. Her final choice was a deep green Tourmaline for the centre, along with Emerald, Demantoid and Teal Diamonds for the side stones.
This range of rings can become wonderfully personal - with unique colour combinations, each is specific to someone's appreciation of colour and what it brings to their life.

18K GOLD 'DEEP BLUE SEA' CASCADE RING
Inspired by the rich colours in our Cascade collection, this bespoke Deep Blue Sea Cascade Ring was made to celebrate a special anniversary with the highlight being a long-anticipated cruise.
Our customer wanted to incorporate three of her own stones from a ring she no longer wore but had emotional significance. One of them, a large oval sapphire, set the tone for piece and the final ring is now a stunning cerulean blue composition of sapphires, aquamarines, tourmalines, demantoids and diamonds.
